Terms and Conditions

All projects require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit upon approval of this invoice. All remaining balances must be paid in full upon completion. No items will be released or shipped until balance is paid in full.

Lead Time

Our standard lead time is 15 business days from the time we receive your blank items. We will contact you once the order is ready to ship or be picked up.

M.O.Q.

Our standard minimum order quantity for screen printing is 36 pieces. Some minimum order quantities vary for other promotional products. Please contact us for more information.

Defect %

Due to the unpredictable nature of screen printing, we have a 3% print defect allowance in which we are not responsible for misprinted items, or items ruined by the print process. Any misprinted items above the 3% allowance will have print charges removed from the customer invoice, however blank items will not be replaced. 

Set Up Fees

Set up fees are $35 per color, per screen. This is not a one-time fee. This will be charged to every order. All colors printed will require a base which will add 1 additional screen to your order.
